CREATE’s goal is to link the campus to the diverse San Diego community- specifically, to help improve students’ preparation for college. 

MERCADO DEL BARRIO

Mercado del Barrio is a mixed-use center located under the Coronado Bridge in the heart of Barrio Logan. This mixed-use project is a great combination of retail and residential spaces that capture the spirit of the history, art, and culture of Barrio Logan. 

BARRIO LOGAN ASSOCIATION

The Barrio Logan Association (BLA) serves as the advisory committee for the Barrio Logan Maintenance Assessment District (BL MAD). The mission of the Barrio Logan Association is to revitalize the community through beautification of public areas, promotion of public safety, organization of educational and cultural events, and stimulation of community improvement.
